How do I return the item?

  • We will reply to your return address within 24-48 hours.
  • As long as the product is not in use, you can return it. It's best if the packaging is intact and undamaged!
  • Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund or exchange.
  • For refunds, we can process the refund within 1-2 days after receiving the product.
  • We will pay your refund through a credit card. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to be reflected in your bank.
  • If you need to return or exchange the goods, please notify us within 15 days after receiving the goods. This is to minimize the possibility of package loss.


Do I need to pay for the return shipping fee?
